Hi,my name is Szpiegos, a sudo-gamer, a warhammer 40k hobbyist (and a fan too), Linux nerd and a part-time "youtuber" as i can say.

my main hobbies are painting warhammer 40k miniatures for over a year, gaming (in some free time of course) and reading recent Linux news, alongside posting a YouTube video from time to time

Video production slowed down significantly due to being employed for more than 4 months at a warehouse of one of the BIGGEST e-commerce services on the internet, Amazon (which btw lost with Allegro in Poland)

i am also a Linux user, my story can be shortened to a few events, first using Kali Linux on a VM only once, as a first step i installed Linux Mint, after totally nuking the SDDM with my friend by complete accicdent, i switched to Fedora Linux, but i didn't quite liked it, so i switched to CachyOS, which is my main operating system to this day, oh and btw, Microslop and Windows 11 are the worst things to happen in modern internet history

to send out my social media links more easily, it was a very long time i had to manually get links for my social media accounts and didn't have any good idea to make a "hub" for my links and ways to contact me, until a video on YouTube showing neocities and what i can do shown up, which was a great thing actually XD

don't expect fireworks at this moment, in the moment of making that site it's just a ready template with changed text and pictures, i may work on something (as i learned the neocities tutorial), so this site will be a guinea pig, when i'll learn something new or a new tutorial appears, because i myself dream of refreshing this website.

the links are on the left side of the screen (or upper side when on the phone) to every account i have right now, one of them does not work because its for a discord server i think about making in near future, but yeah, there is my YouTube channel, instagram account (which im more active there), bluesky account (which i am rarely active here) and my steam account, if you wanna send me a trade or comment on my page

time to talk about what nerds like the most, computers and programs related to computers, current rig i have is a prebuilt from xkom, more precisely a silver monkey battlestation m1a with RTX 5060 and intel core i5 12400F, and funny thing is that the prices of this PC likes to jump and cannot decide, once it costs 4800 PLN (somewhere like 1309,36 USD), now costs somewhere like 4500 PLN or 5600 PLN (1227,53 to 1527,59)

if we talk about Operating Systems, i have TWO, first is CachyOS, a Arch-based distro which i can recommend because in the span of a year haven't destroyed itself because of a update, maybe because i do not download everything from AUR and then wake up with a utterly ruined bootloader lmao

second system i have is Windows 10, which i use to play games, that do not run normally on Loonix, in ex. doom the dark ages, due to game requiring a intel CPU with e-cores when ran with proton (this requirement is pretty ridiculous if you ask me) or games with a kernel level anticheat or those that fear Linux players like they are the worst things to exist ever (read Apex Legends) or those that forgot that EAC or Battleye have Linux support

the previous PC i had was a long-retired Acer Aspire a715-41g laptop with a GLOURIOUS GTX 1650 as a GDDR6 version (which somehow let me play helldivers 2 at 43 fps XD) with a Ryzen 3550H, and spoiler alert: this ryzen CPU is the only reason why this laptop haven't went into a landfill, thanks to that, this Acer laptop serves someone else as i gave it away FOR FREE, because it is way better to give someone a laptop that still can run games in good performance (for a GTX 1650) instead of selling that for a full price

if it is for the story about PCs, the moment i "tasted" the power of PC gaming was on a Dell Inspiron 6400, which on it somehow Windows 7 has been installed, even when the laptop had 1 gigabyte of RAM and a intel 945M, which could not normally allow for installing the system, but i managed to finish most of Half Life 2 on this brick of a laptop, some time later i switched to a Acer Aspire 7 a715-41g and for a long time, was my main PC, there my videos transformed from low-quality slop with profanity being said per 5 seconds to actually watchable online videos, and after 3 months of becoming the worst nightmare of the unemployed people i switched to a current machine which is now silver monkey battlestation m1a

first of all, check out neocities, i saw MANY mentions of neocities on the internet, but i did not understand what is going on with this, until i myself did check it out, the fact that it is a free hosting service with great stability made me finally check this out

second is learning HTML, as far as my memory goes, in high school there was a very short lesson about learning HTML and writing websites in this language, but it was just basics, that would not be useful in further future of creating more advanced websites, and because the neocities tutorial refreshed my memory, i decided to learn more of that language and do things like putting embeds to put youtube videos as actual videos to play than... just links

third, is swag, at this moment the best things i can do is go around the files or websites, something in like (most propably incompatible) translations to FNF mods, but not to make my own websites, so this site is both my personal site, and as a place that shows everyone that i can make some code

remember, your website does NOT need to look like a typical AAA game to look cool!

it is because Google, YouTube's owners, is AWFULLY managing the advertizements, which allows hackers to impersonate as other poeple or promoting programs on Google Play, that can be malware

but YouTube instead of fixing this problem, not only they put more of them and put YouTube Premium more, but they STILL to this day do their stupid war with adblockers and ANYONE who do not want to watch sloppy ads
